Write for us

We welcome pitches that bring a clear question and a thoughtful, reader-centred answer to well-being, habits, rest, connection, attention or the ideas surrounding them. Send proposals through the Contact page; an idea is not a guarantee of publication.

What makes a strong pitch

Tell us the central question, why it matters to a general reader, what the piece would help them understand, and how you would keep its claims within bounds. A strong proposal has a distinct angle, avoids one-size-fits-all promises and makes clear whether it is an explainer, comparison, historical piece or practical reflection.

What we are looking for

We welcome original essays and reported or explanatory proposals that add context rather than repeat familiar slogans. Please flag any relevant interests or relationships that could affect how a subject is presented. We do not seek personal health details, confidential material or claims that a general article can replace qualified professional support.

How to send it

Use the Contact page and choose the editorial question option to share a concise pitch. Include a working title, a short outline and the intended reader. Please do not send a full manuscript unless one has been requested; proposals are reviewed for fit, clarity and care.

Our point of view

Well-being has more than one shape

We look beyond quick fixes to the habits, relationships and conditions that influence how people feel. Small choices matter, but no single routine suits everyone.
